To add an account and a subscription for your child you will need to create a family account on the Families Dashboard, if you do not have a family account you will be able to add one by following these steps:
Head to the Families Dashboard
Click on Create account
Add your details and then tap Create an account
Now that you have a Family account, you can add a child and subscription, to do this:
Login to the Families Dashboard
Hover over My Account and click on Child Details
Click on Add a child profile to your account on the left hand side
Fill in your child’s details and then click on Add.
You can then add a home subscription by following these steps:
Hover over My Account (in the top right corner) and select Subscriptions
Your current subscription(s) will be listed on the left hand side
You'll then be able make your selections depending upon your subscription preference. For more information about our subscription options and pricing please see here.
Once you have made your selection check the Order Summary and then please press Continue to payment
You will then be prompted to enter your payment details and Confirm
