We are sorry if Doodle doesn't meet your needs. Before cancelling your subscription, please get in touch with us via the green chat bubble to see if there's anything we can do to resolve things or support you with making the most out of your subscription.
Login to the Families Dashboard
Hover over My Account and click on Subscriptions
In the 'Your current subscriptions' box, down the left hand side click on View plans.
Your current subscriptions will then be listed. Click on See details for the subscription you wish to cancel
Then, in the the box that appears, click on Cancel subscription.
The subscription will cancel at the end of the current payment period and no further payments will be taken.
If you decide you'd like to come back to Doodle at any point, it is really easy to continue with your account and pick up where you left off 😄
If you took the subscription out through an external app provider (Apple, Amazon, or Google), we are unable to cancel these subscriptions for you. Please follow these links to find out how to cancel directly through them:
