Within the View progress page, you are able to see your pupils’ understanding of Year Group objectives. To view your class' progress data:
Log into the Educators Dashboard
Go to Work programs > View Progress
Select your class
Select the year group
Choose your start and end date and then press the Search button
A graph will appear below. A blue bar shows an increase whereas a red bar shows a decrease. This is because of reassessment.
Use the arrows on either side of the graph to click through the year groups and view the understanding of objectives for different year groups.
Coverage of Grade Objectives shows the percentage of end of year objectives which have been covered by each student. Click on a child’s bar, followed view, to see more information. It is important to note that as Doodle is designed to fill in gaps it will revise and revisit learning from previous year groups - so don't be alarmed if you see that your students are covering work from previous year groups to the one they are in. This is to be expected.
You can export this data as a spreadsheet by clicking on the Export button in the top right hand corner of the page. This is great for progress review meetings.
