A family PIN is a 6-digit number which will allow you to access the restricted areas of a child's account, including:
Account settings (where you can view and edit parent details, child details and make adjustments to the work program)
Adding assignments
Accessing Games and Rewards when the child is not in the Green Zone or has not completed a daily exercise
Report a question
You will be prompted to create a PIN when you log into the Family Dashboard.
If you would like to edit your PIN, you can do this by logging into the Families Dashboard and selecting 'My account' > 'My details' and then tapping on the yellow 'Change In-app PIN' button.
Please note the family PIN feature is only available to guardians of children with an active subscription.
