How to check everything is syncing correctly!

In order to ensure the work a child completes on Doodle syncs to the server their device needs to be online. To check everything is working as it should please follow these steps:

  1. Ask your child to login to Doodle

  2. Click on the menu arrow in the top left hand corner of the screen followed by Settings

  3. Then select Work Programme (you'll need to enter your adult pin)

  4. Make sure you can see two green ticks in the bottom right hand corner of the screen

  5. If you see a red x, simply tap on it, make sure you have data connection, and click Retry.
