How to select the correct country

If your student's account is showing the wrong currency or language, you can change this via the Learning Zone on the app:

  • Select Menu by clicking on the menu arrow in the top left hand corner

  • Tap Settings

  • Select Work program

  • Tap on the pencil icon

  • Tap the correct flag

The app will then ask you to download the content for this curriculum - please select Yes.

If offline or if there is a mid-download error when selecting a different country from Settings, you will receive an error message asking you to check your internet connection and try again. The curriculum will not change until you attempt again and successfully download content with internet connection.
