How do I log in?

How to log in as a family or student on DoodleMath and what to do if you've forgotten your login details

Not yet a part of the Doodle family?

Select the Sign up for a Doodle account tab and complete the necessary steps to get started.

Recently joined or returning customer?

You will need to either download the apps and/or use the apps on the browser.

Tap on the Log in tab. You will be given the option of logging in either as a Family user or Student user.

From this stage, you can choose to log into your child's account as you normally do.

Passwords and usernames are case sensitive, so please check that you are entering the details correctly.

Problems logging in?

Forgotten username/password:

  • If you have forgotten your parent password please reset it using this link.

  • If your child has forgotten their password and you're linked to your child's account, you can reset your child's password via the Families Dashboard. The instructions in this article will help.

  • If your child has a school account and you are unlinked, please speak to their class teacher to find out the login details.

Activating a new account

If you have only just created an account and are seeing an error message, you may have not yet activated your account. Please search your inbox for an email providing an activation link. If you're still struggling, please send us a message via the chat bubble and we'll be more than happy to help!

Region toggle

If you are receiving an error message when trying to log into your account, please check your region, ensuring that you are toggled onto the correct country flag for your region.

Please note: the region toggle is only available on the downloaded DoodleMath app when using a mobile device or tablet.
