You can view and update your child's details (name, month and year of birth, password* and username) through the Families Dashboard.
* in accordance with CCPA all passwords are be stored encrypted on the system and therefore are not visible. If your child forgets their password, no problem! You can reset it by following the steps below.
To do this, please follow these steps:
Login to the Families Dashboard
Hover over My account and click on Child details
Select your child’s name on the left hand side
Once you have made your changes be sure to press Update
