Reset/forgotten child password

If you cannot login using your child's school password

If your child has a school account, in accordance with CCPA, all passwords are stored encrypted in our database and therefore are not visible. If you have forgotten your child's password, this will need to be reset by the class teacher. Please get in touch with your child's school directly and request for the password to be reset.

If you have a home account, you can reset your child's password from your Families Dashboard account. Simply sign into your account, select My account > Child details > select the name of the child from 'Select a child' tile > type a new password and then confirm the new password > tap on Save changes.
