If you have forgotten your family password, click on this forgotten password link. If you enter the email address associated with your Doodle account, we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
You may already have your Doodle account linked with Apple, Google or Facebook making it even easier for you to sign in!
Forgotten child username/password
If you would like to create a login for your child, you will be able to do this on the Families Dashboard. To do this please follow these steps:
Please login to the Families Dashboard
Select My account and click on Child details
Select your child’s name on the left hand side
Here you can view and reset your child’s username and reset their password. Please be aware usernames must be unique across the whole of the DoodleLearning platform. When you have made your changes click Save Changes.
If it is a school account the password will need to be reset by the class teacher.
