My child has lost their streak

Streak-building has been an important aspect of Doodle for many years. We know that Doodling consistently and regularly enables children to learn, revise and master sufficient topics to progress in their learning, and building a streak is a great way to demonstrate that effort.

Home subscriber

If your child has lost their streak, through no fault of their own, parents now have the ability to reinstate their child's streak from their Families Dashboard account. More details on how to reinstate a streak can be found here.

School subscriber

If you do not have a premium home subscription, please get in touch with your child's class teacher.
