Our 'How to' tours - on both the Family and Educator Dashboard we have created guided tours for each page, explaining the key features on each of these pages. You can return to and watch these at any time simply by clicking on the green 'How to' button in the top left corner of the page.
Chat to the team - if you have any queries that are not covered in our Help Center, or would just like a bit more guidance, then please contact one of our friendly Customer Success Advisors via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen.
