To add or upgrade a subscription to an existing child via your Families Dashboard account:
Hover over My Account and select Subscriptions
Your current subscription(s) will be listed on the left hand side
You'll then be able to make your selections depending upon your subscription preference. For more information about our subscription options and pricing please see here.
Once you have made your selection check the Order Summary and then please press Continue to payment
You will then be prompted to enter your payment details and Confirm
If you have an active subscription and would like to upgrade to a family subscription, please contact us via the green chat bubble and our team will be able to assist on an individual basis π
